Order three lights, two had no led bulbs in the box, not answering the phone and not responding to emails = dissapointed, looks like I will have to pay for the missing bulbs myself

I’m waiting for a replacement bulb for one that was broken in transit. This was mainly due to the inadequate packaging - a couple of pieces of cardboard round the bulb boxes then wrapped up with clingfilm in a plastic bag with no padding, bubble wrap or polystyrene.

Spent almost £300 on a ceiling light. Arrived ok. Quality ok but central shift a bit bent slightly. Didn't complain just straightened it. Fitted lamp and all 6 bulbs supplied. 1 bulb not working. Switched bulbs round to make sure bulb was the problem, it was. Contacted Cp lighting asking for bulb and asked for extra bulb (small 4w bulb) as a goodwill gesture. Company responded quickly but only offered to replace broken bulb. Not a major issue but certainly not great customer service. We like buying off good companies. Maybe £300 wasnt enough to warrant a £4 good will gesture! Wouldn't rush back.

Dear John, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. Can you please provide us with your WEB order number so we can contact the supplier directly with regards to the bent light fitting? We would like to make them aware of the issue so we can resolve this problem for other customers, and would have of course replaced this for you if we had known. We apologize for the issue with the bulb, we use branded bulbs and they do occasionally get the odd faulty one. Our understanding was you only had one faulty bulb which we replaced straight away, and you do get 3 years guarantee on all LED bulbs so they should all last you years to come. I am disappointed as was sent the wrong light shades. I was sent ceiling shades and wanted table shades. Too expensive to post back so had to keep them.

Dear Kim, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. I have enquired about this with our customer service team and it looks like you were sent the shades that you ordered which are table lamp shades, but there may have been some confusion with the measurements. The shades you ordered are 10-inch shades which is the diameter, not the height. We apologize for that not being more clear on our website and will look into this. my diffuser came with a scratch on it which I did not see until I had unpacked it, when I phoned up to ask to exchange it they refused as I had removed the lid and would only offer £10 compensation, which I felt was very poor service so had to buy another

Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback. After checking with our customer services team I can see that we couldn't accept the return as it was already opened and the cap was removed. This is because it is now unable to be sent back to us as since it is unsealed the flammable liquid would spill into the box. We also asked the supplier if they would send us a replacement lid but unfortunately, they don't provide this. We checked our stock in our showroom and could see they all have the same marks, this could be from a batch issue and we will look into this with the supplier.
