Ok but the lightbulb I ordered as a dimmable one-was not dimmable when it turned up. Luckily I was able to use it in another lamp.

The delivery was not what we where first advised, on getting near to our delivery date we where informed a further wait of eight weeks was what we could expect. A least when our furniture was delivered it was every bit as good as we had hooped for.

I ordered an ornament on line for a present. It wasn’t delivered. I called and they said it had been, then they said it hadn’t been dispatched. They then sent it out. The product is nice but not good that it wasn’t sent out without me following it up

Nice lights but searching the website from a mobile doesn’t lead to reliable results. While most companies now offer free returns, this company doesn’t. Calling customer service is not reliable (don’t pick up at all or just not helpful). Returning one item felt really complicated for something that should be made as easy as possible. I doubt we will order from this company again.

Can broken bad to contact service which they did replace the parts I had to get my fitter to put them back on..

Dear Syeda, Apologies there were some damages to your light upon delivery, We use DPD as our couriers so we'll be sure to pass this feedback onto them. You can of course add the replacement parts to your light without an electrician or contractor, we would be happy to guide you on how to do this if you require any additional help. First order was brilliant. Great communication and hand delivered by one of the team within a week. I decided to use CP Lighting for a second purchase despite there being cheaper options. The delivery took a month, there was no notification of dispatch and the package arrived via Parcelforce while we were away and was left unattended. Therefore a mixed experience.

Lovely products but had to wait approx 6 weeks for my order, no updates from CP had to chase and my order several times being told it would be dispatched within so many days, again had to chase and was finally dispatched. If I was updated I wouldn’t of minded.

Dear Helen, Thank you for your review with Cp Lighting & Interiors. We can see you emailed us on 09/10/23 and we replied the following day on 10/10/23 advising that one item was due into us and should arrive within 7 working days. Apologies this was delayed and dispatched the 27th October, this is such an irregular occurrence and we're aiming to hold more stock of this product in future to keep up with the demand. We do aim to have items delivered as swiftly as we are able but in this instance i can see it did take 5 weeks to fulfill your order - so apologies again. Your review mentioned you had to chase your order several times though we can only see one email from you so apologies if you feel you were ignored it's because we only received one email other than your reply saying "thank you". We do hope this doesn't discourage you from ordering from a small family business again, as we do our best to get all items dispatched as quickly as we can, especially during our busiest period of the year and we don't want to let anyone down. Although the light I ordered was lovely, I misjudged the weight and it was far too heavy for a standard ceiling and needed reinforcement. My mistake! CP Lighting returns was easy, however I had to pay for my own courier to return (which they made clear from the start) and I could not return the light bulbs. This turned out to be a very costly mistake for me. I have now lost £100, just for ordering something and realising it is not suitable. I would not be ordering again from CP Lighting. We sometimes make mistakes and losing that much money is really a hard pill to swallow, particularly when you can return almost anything you purchase nowadays, for free. I will buy my lighting somewhere else, just in case!

Nice product - disappointed with delivery as chocked over a 6foot wall onto my drive. The packaging for the candle was wrecked so could not give it as a gift

Good level of service, and fairly quick delivery however I ordered citrus verbena diffuser refills which have hardly any scent at all. Very disappointing.

We do recommend replacing the reed diffuser sticks every 6 months too as they help in the diffusion of the fragrance. I ordered 6 items..I was told there was only 3 in stock which was Absolutely fine. I received the items but I'm still waiting for my refund for the other 3?

I can see that we dispatched your order 2 days after you placed the order, it was then in the hands of the courier and we have no control over their delivery schedule. The light we purchased is excellent but it was packaged in a huge amount of polystyrene, which cant be recycled and goes to landfill.

Good morning David, Thank you for your review of cplights.com we're so glad you like the product you purchased! Thank you for your feedback regarding packaging, we'll be sure to pass this on to our dispatch team too. After chatting with the team just now they have confirmed that we don't purchase Polystyrene for our packaging, we simply recycle the packaging from orders we receive from our suppliers. We're also going to email our suppliers and request they use more eco-friendly packaging where possible. Thank you for the idea, we'll be sure to look into this more!
