“Having reviewed numerous websites for photo frames, we found the perfect items; Laura Ashley Harrison; natural photo frames at Cp Lighting & Interiors. Their website was easy to navigate and the items were despatched & delivered promptly and were received very well packaged. We wouldn’t hesitate using the company again.”

“I bought three Laura Ashley pendants and all had manufacturing defects. Sending emails with photos attached, still waiting for reply regarding returning the items and refund. Very disappointed of how CP Lighting dealt with the situation. I do not recommend CP Lightning”

Dear Ovidiu, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After checking with our customer service team we can see that we did deal with the situation as soon as possible, and the last correspondence we have is an email we sent to you on Tuesday 13/09/2022 at 9:07am stating that you can of course return the items back to us given that they are not fitted or wired and we can then issue you a refund once we have received them. We did also contact the supplier regarding the defects and forwarded that to you as well. Dear Jennifer, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. I can see that we dispatched your order 2 days after you placed the order, it was then in the hands of the courier and we have no control over their delivery schedule. We will log this complaint with our couriers to ensure they are made aware they aren’t delivering to their usual standards. Before we send out any orders, our customer service team emails each customer to make them aware of the returns policy. This gets approved by each customer before we dispatch the order. “Appalling. Product arrived in bin bag style packaging. Already opened - courier slung to us with no care that parcel was open or what was inside it. One light missing, the other light completely obliterated. Cut my hand whilst opening due to broken glass, light fixtures bent as though had been compressed. Had to wait >1week for a refund. Avoid at all costs. The reduction in price is not worth the hassle/compromised quality compared to going to a reliable retailer.”

Dear Isabelle, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We completely agree that the order should not have been received this way, the packages were sent through an external courier with who we logged a complaint straight away to ensure they are made aware they aren’t delivering to their usual standards. We have also logged a complaint with the supplier for not including part of the light, this was sent by the supplier and not by ourselves. When our customer service team spoke to you over the phone we apologized immediately and issued the refund that same day. We do advise 3-5 working days to receive the refund, depending on your bank. The packaging it was sent in was black shrink wrap, not a bin bag, but we sincerely apologize for the way the courier handled the packages and how it was delivered to you. “Item well packaged. Quality piece!! Also, cannot fault the delivery driver! Had a mare of a day getting stuck on M25 and ended up delivering hours late to us in Staffordshire!! but still managed to do it and kept us informed via text message - very much appreciated, thank you!”
