Took longer to arrive than advertised so rang to check progress. Lady I spoke to was very helpful, admitted it had not been processed but would expedite delivery. Light arrived a few days later. Would suggest that if not possible to deliver as advertised then a courtesy call/ email/ text to the customer would be appropriate to prevent customer concerns and phone call.

It is a stunning light, very sturdy and beautiful! Came packed in nicely. Love it totally. It has added a charm to our living room. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience purchasing our first light from them.

Helpful on the phone - checked something for me before I ordered a 2nd of a previous item. Came speedily. Well packed. Very pleased with the firm. We had a problem with the instructionsover construction, but that is the manufacturer. Sorted because we already had a Dar standard lamp! If we had needed help I am sure Cp lighting would have helped. Would use them again.

delivery took less time than expected. Lighting is amazing and fabulous quality. only dropped a star because the light bulb order was not quite correct. but was no problem cos we were able to get a bulb locally

Our lamps came and they were nice but not what we wanted there was a mistake made so I waited ages for them to be delivered and they forgot the put the bulbs in. However customer service is brilliant I have no returned the items and am waiting for a refund.

I purchased the light. It is beautiful. Excellently packaged. Delivery isn't as quick as I expected. But none the less I am happy!

Slightly concerned about the 4 week delivery becoming 13 when I ordered but after emailing my wall lights were delivered promptly. Always a speedy reply to emails and delivery was fast and efficient

Great selection of lights- only issue is they clearly say orders over £100 have free delivery and then you charge £20. I phoned and was told the Aberdeen area was outwith the free delivery- ridiculous- Aberdeen is hardly a great distance from your dispatch area. Don’t advertise free delivery if you don’t do it
