“Absolutely brilliant customer service,get to speak to someone, & quick response. I had a 'personal' time for delivery issue. Problem solved so easily,can't thank them enough ,,& then delivered within 3days. Item wrapped with care,, its beautiful, for my granddaughters 21st.”

“Although the light I ordered was lovely, I misjudged the weight and it was far too heavy for a standard ceiling and needed reinforcement. My mistake! CP Lighting returns was easy, however I had to pay for my own courier to return (which they made clear from the start) and I could not return the light bulbs. This turned out to be a very costly mistake for me. I have now lost £100, just for ordering something and realising it is not suitable. I would not be ordering again from CP Lighting. We sometimes make mistakes and losing that much money is really a hard pill to swallow, particularly when you can return almost anything you purchase nowadays, for free. I will buy my lighting somewhere else, just in case!”

Dear Angela, Firstly apologies you have received an incorrect item on this occasion - we are so sorry about this, We have spoken with our Customer Service team who advise that they offered to collect the incorrect item and swiftly deliver the correct item to you? however, the reed diffuser had already been opened and used and on this basis we we're able to arrange a collection and replacement as the seal was broken and couldn't be safely collected due to the product containing flammable liquid. We have since credited your e-wallet with £5.00 which is over 10% of the products value if you wish to order from us again this can be redeemed against any future purchase online. “Great selection of lights- only issue is they clearly say orders over £100 have free delivery and then you charge £20. I phoned and was told the Aberdeen area was outwith the free delivery- ridiculous- Aberdeen is hardly a great distance from your dispatch area. Don’t advertise free delivery if you don’t do it”
