“Good level of service, and fairly quick delivery however I ordered citrus verbena diffuser refills which have hardly any scent at all. Very disappointing.”

Dear Susan, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that the fragrance you purchased was not up to standards, we've not actually had a complaint about this before so we'll be sure to reach out to the manufacturer. We do recommend replacing the reed diffuser sticks every 6 months too as they help in the diffusion of the fragrance. “From the very first point of contact I found CP Lighting very knowledgeable and friendly, I first contacted CPL regarding some Laura Ashley Bedroom Furniture, they were upfront on the lead time 3-6 weeks as other reviews were a bit misleading after I placed my order they kept me fully updated by either telephone or email, the driver was very polite and cheery the packaging was so superb there was no damage at all which is very unusual nowadays so thank you to CPL & Laura Ashley for the lovely furniture would recommend CPL”
