“Our lamps came and they were nice but not what we wanted there was a mistake made so I waited ages for them to be delivered and they forgot the put the bulbs in. However customer service is brilliant I have no returned the items and am waiting for a refund.”

“The lights are like no other. Definitely worth the price. It was a good customer experience and delivery was way ahead of time and very well packaged. For the price the electrics could have been more sophisticated and easier to install but we did manage.”

“Lovely products but had to wait approx 6 weeks for my order, no updates from CP had to chase and my order several times being told it would be dispatched within so many days, again had to chase and was finally dispatched. If I was updated I wouldn’t of minded.”

Dear Helen, Thank you for your review with Cp Lighting & Interiors. We can see you emailed us on 09/10/23 and we replied the following day on 10/10/23 advising that one item was due into us and should arrive within 7 working days. Apologies this was delayed and dispatched the 27th October, this is such an irregular occurrence and we're aiming to hold more stock of this product in future to keep up with the demand. We do aim to have items delivered as swiftly as we are able but in this instance i can see it did take 5 weeks to fulfill your order - so apologies again. Your review mentioned you had to chase your order several times though we can only see one email from you so apologies if you feel you were ignored it's because we only received one email other than your reply saying "thank you". We do hope this doesn't discourage you from ordering from a small family business again, as we do our best to get all items dispatched as quickly as we can, especially during our busiest period of the year and we don't want to let anyone down. We do hope you love your new items though! if you'd like us to check stock on any items in future please drop us an email at info@cplights.com or call 0191 440 1111 and select option 2 where a member of our friendly Customer Services team would be delighted to check we have all items available for next day dispatch. “I was very happy to find the product i wanted on the Cp interiors website. The ordering process was simple, even an option to pay in installments, which is great.. From ordering, to delivery, was only 3 days. Well wrapped product,and looks amazing. Will buy again in the future when i need a re- fill for the diffuser. Highly recommend this company if a good deal is what you are looking for..”
