Dear Heather, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. I've spoken with our customer services and dispatch team regarding your complaint. Unfortunately the advised me that the item you returned back to us did not follow our returns policy in any way. You sadly returned your item back to us with no outer packaging, You covered the white product box in brown parcel tape and attached your return labels directly to the product box. This means the product is now in an unsellable condition and we cannot accept it back sadly. Our returns policy outlines step by step how to return a product to us and clearly states 'If the above conditions are not met then we are unfortunately unable to accept your return.' Our returns policy can be found on your order confirmation email as well as on our website here - https://www.cplights.com/delivery-returns-i5 We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations, However your return can not be accepted due to the condition it was returned to us in.
