“Very pleased with the furniture we ordered. However, being solid timber it was extremely heavy and we didn't know until I checked with the driver that it is only a one-man delivery - this is perhaps something that the company should have made clearer. Fortunately my husband was here to help, and the 5* review is really for the delivery driver who went above and beyond to help get it up the stairs”

“Jesus Christ Bless You The item I bought which is the large tall gold vase. I find this vase amazing. It is a beautiful decorative piece for any room in the your home. The only thing I was disappointed about was you didn’t sell it to me at price match even though you promised in your advert. But overall service was good. Delivery was very fast. I encourage everyone to buy it and don’t forget the price match advert make sure you have saved some money on the item. Thank you”

“I ordered a large piece of furniture from Cp Lighting and Interiors. I was a little concerned as I'd never heard of them and it was quite a lot of money. I ordered the item online and I received confirmation by phone call. Communication was great. I was kept up to date about delivery. The item arrived in perfect condition. Great stuff.”

(7 days' early). This isn't the level of service we expect from our couriers so we will put an enquiry in to find out why this wasn't delivered on a next working day service. “Helpful on the phone - checked something for me before I ordered a 2nd of a previous item. Came speedily. Well packed. Very pleased with the firm. We had a problem with the instructionsover construction, but that is the manufacturer. Sorted because we already had a Dar standard lamp! If we had needed help I am sure Cp lighting would have helped. Would use them again.”

“Nice lights but searching the website from a mobile doesn’t lead to reliable results. While most companies now offer free returns, this company doesn’t. Calling customer service is not reliable (don’t pick up at all or just not helpful). Returning one item felt really complicated for something that should be made as easy as possible. I doubt we will order from this company again.”
