Dear Ray, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery of your products. We understand how important timely delivery is, and we take your concerns seriously. In this instance, the courier we decided to use were experiencing technical difficulties which unfortunately lead to your order taking longer than usual to arrive. We apologise for this occurrence, we try our best to accommodate our estimated lead times on all our orders however extenuating circumstances can affect this on rare occasions. Our team attempted on a number of occasions to get in touch with the courier to locate your order, but were unsuccessful at retrieving this information. Our colleagues spoke to you on a number of occasions to inform you that they were attempting to liaise with our third party courier to locate your items. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance. Unfortunately, the information we can obtain is limited when a third party courier is used, and we will take this feedback on board with the intention of improving this area of our customer service. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our services.

“Rapid delivery, only negative was the sudden unexpectedly high delivery charges which only appeared on the invoice”

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery charge. As a gesture of good will, we refunded you the delivery fee on this occasion. Due to factors outside of our control regarding couriers and logistics, our delivery fee is set accordingly. We hope you decide to use us again in the future despite this.
