you didn't deliver anywhere near on time, and didn't follow up when I raised it. To have it taken seriously, I had to properly complain.

We understand how important timely delivery is, and we take your concerns seriously. In this instance, the courier we decided to use were experiencing technical difficulties which unfortunately lead to your order taking longer than usual to arrive. We apologise for this occurrence, we try our best to accommodate our estimated lead times on all our orders however extenuating circumstances can affect this on rare occasions. Our team attempted on a number of occasions to get in touch with the courier to locate your order, but were unsuccessful at retrieving this information. Our colleagues spoke to you on a number of occasions to inform you that they were attempting to liaise with our third party courier to locate your items. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance. Unfortunately, the information we can obtain is limited when a third party courier is used, and we will take this feedback on board with the intention of improving this area of our customer service. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our services.

Wrong item was delivered out to me. Not very good communication and was told a day for wrong goods to be collected and they werent.

The whole delivery process was unbelievable… wasn’t on time or the same day driver they sent didn’t have a clue … And the items was damaged !!!

Good afternoon, I remember this order and once again I would like to apologise. As discussed during our call, the driver said he did not feel safe offloading with his hi-ab as the road was very tight. I did try to find a way to resolve this when we spoke and I arranged to have your items redelivered by another of our trucks. Again, we are extremely sorry this happened. The item took 3 weeks to arrive….. had I not chased it on numerous occasions I doubt it would have ever turned up
