You struugled a bit to get the items ordered and it took a call from me to get the chase started and some action but once that was done it moved quickly

Great service on first purchase but after request for a code to alter postage cost on second purchase communication was poor and ultimately didn't receive code despite chasing so bought elsewhere

We'll done cotterill's, my crates, pipes, flock and pits all came actually quicker than estimated and all well packaged, my lane is hard to traverse and I expected to have to meet the delivery men and pick up but none of it, thank you and I hope to do business with you again..

Product quality was great, delivery time was a let down. Website said 2 to 3 days and we called your sales team to confirm lead time and was told it comes from the yard so it's in stock. 3 days went, called on 7th day and was told it was coming from the manufacturer and would be with us today. So total lack of communication, not impressed

Got told delivery was going to be Wednesday or Thursday at the latest so booked a guy with digger to do work commencing Monday and stuff never arrived until following Tuesday afternoon so now charged by digger driver as he lost a days work and now can’t get job done as he has other jobs booked it. Got phone call to say delivery is outwith there hands but why send the first email guaranteeing delivery. Also paid £60 extra for delivery and I’m £100 down for paying digger driver
