“We had a major delay in the delivery of an item that we were promised would be delivered on a next day service. Georgia and Corey went out of their way to chase the drop-ship delivery for us and have since apologised and offered a goodwill gesture refund, which is very well welcomed! We are definitely happy with their services and will use them again.”

“Service, customer service and getting the products delivered was very prompt from Cotterill Civils, however when it came to installing the products, they didn't fit together as well as anticipated and a couple of the components sent were the incorrect size, which was a shame as it meant modifications were needed to what should have been a simple job.”

“Rapid delivery, only negative was the sudden unexpectedly high delivery charges which only appeared on the invoice”

Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. The delivery charge is usually displayed on our checkout page prior to confirming your order. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery charge. As a gesture of good will, we refunded you the delivery fee on this occasion. Due to factors outside of our control regarding couriers and logistics, our delivery fee is set accordingly. We hope you decide to use us again in the future despite this.

“Very good but was no indicator of when I would receive my order, first thing I knew was when I got a call from the delivery driver to say he was at my house , otherwise it would have been 5 stars”

Just so you're aware for the future, there was an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days on the products that you ordered, and this is stated on the product pages below the price. This will give you a better idea as to when your items will arrive, and we endeavour to keep to these delivery times to the best of our abilities. “Great guys to deal with. need to improve payment mechanism as credit card wasn't possible. Delivery good but need to clarify with delivery courier that a tailgate and forklift trolley are needed for big deliveries like this.”
