Collectables customer service is very good. However, the items purchased were very poor quality. The signing pens were dried out and the plaques themselves were flimsy and did not sit properly on the base.
I purchased similar (and cheaper) from Clinton's some time ago and the difference in quality was non-comparable!
I would not purchase these signing plaques again.
