“Pricing order and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing error (no fault of Clarkes). I raised it at 8pm on a Thursday night and by 08:00 Friday I had a new item on the way, with a prepaid returns label and a gift card apology. Saturday 10:00 the new item arrived. Not their fault, but can’t ask for better service and resolution Well done”
