Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf your views are very important to us as we are always striving to give the best customer service possible. We have looked into your order and we can see you ordered this on Saturday 21st December at 8.20pm. The parcel was picked and packed on Monday 23rd and sent out on a next day delivery with DPD. Unfortunately it seems that your parcel was delayed and your shipment arrived on 27th due to Christmas holidays.
