“I had a problem with a golf bag I had purchased from Clarkes less than a year ago. Got in touch with their customer service on 30/5 and problem was resolved with a replacement bag received on 4/6. Excellent customer service received throughout this process. From raising the issue through to receiving the replacement bag when they said it would be delivered. Communication was prompt, clear and professional. What a pleasure it is dealing with with an organisation which takes customer service seriously. Well done! Like most golfers I have used a number of companies for equipment and clothing but Clarkes are head and shoulders ahead in terms of service and will be my first stop for all future purchases. I will be singing their praises to friends and fellow club members.”

“I purchased a motocaddy cube push/pull trolley + two ping 5&6 clubs. They arrived the next day even though it was a Sunday bank holiday weekend. I was given a 1hr time frame for delivery so I didn't have to wait in all day. They arrived 10 minutes early. All 3 items are fantastic and I cannot fault them. The cube trolley is light and easy to use. The ping clubs are amazing and have increased my distances by about 25meters. I give Clarkes Golf 110% for service, product quality and delivery speed. I love my purchases and thoroughly recommend Clarkes Golf.”
