Morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. I have taken a look at your order and you booked it as a 2-3 working day delivery. You purchased on Friday 16th May and you received your order the following Thursday. I can see your order was delayed a day by the courier. We apologise for the delay and the frustration it caused. “I got confirmation of my order on the 12th May from you and an email 13th May saying the order was on its way. I got an email from your carrier, Evri, on the 13th May saying my order was its way and it is now the 21st May and my order has been delivered. Payment of my order has been made. I dont know where the problem lies but I find the delay unacceptable particularly when payment has been made. I am sorry for the negative feedback but this is how I feel. Jim Once my delivery issue was highlighted, Clarkes moved very quickly and my order was delivered almost the next day. Thank you for your prompt attention.”

“The best golf supplier I have ever used I give 4 stars but it’s normally 5 I went to the shop for the first time and it didn’t go well I will never go there again but ordering online is the best and Kelly and sue are amazingly helpful”
