“Had to return a pair of golf shoes due to a sizing mix up but the returns process was quick and hassle free. Got my replacement pair quite quickly and there was great communication during the process which was reassuring. Most importantly, I got a genuine bargain and am really pleased with my new shoes. Would use this retailer again for sure.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always trying to give the best customer service possible. I have looked at your order and I can see on the website it stated 10 to 14 working days to process the order. We have tried calling you, and we have emailed you to explain this further. We apologise for the delay Regards Clarkes' Golf

“When I was looking for a callaway smoke 3 wood i saw the photo of the exact club i was looking for on your website. Unfortunately I didn't realise when ordering it, it was actually a 5 wood. The 5 wood was a good deal so I am keeping it. I haven't decided yet whether to still keep looking for a 3 wood as I am happy using the 5 wood”

Good afternoon Thank you for reviewing Clarkes' golf. Your views are important to us. I can only apologise that you thought the club in the picture was the exact one you ordered. This unfortunately is a generic picture provided by the retailer. We have tried calling you to discuss this in person. In the meantime if you wish to purchase the 3 wood we would be happy to help you out. Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf
