“Rob Henderson is brilliant. Only really use Clarkes because of Rob. Noticed an improvement in friendliness last visit - a couple of new people I’ve never seen before. One of the older guys think is a manager puts me off going as he’s quite abrupt and rude so don’t want to spend my money there but as previously stated saw a definite improvement”

“Service was excellent, on receipt of my new golf trolley I decided to upgrade it S series too long for car boot. they changed it no hassle sent it back 2 days later my new M series arrived. Thank you Laura firs class. Even received a free golf cover. Thanks again wish everyone did this so quickly no problems.”

“efficient service and very quick to help me make my purchase. Steve or Dave(can’t remember his name) he was fantastic. Processed my order very quick whilst the store was busy but never made me feel rushed. He was equipped to multitask and ensure he delivered a great service. He is an asset to that team and the company”
