“On the whole I was very pleased with the service I received. I would have happily given five stars if I had been informed earlier of my order being out of stock.After several phone calls the matter was put right and a different golf shoe was sent.Sadly they did not fit and were returned. “I purchased two boxes of personalised Titleist Pro V1's. I don't recall there being any information stating that the personalisation would take upto 15 days and because these were birthday presents time was tight. Fortunately the arrived one day beforehand. However both of the external Titlelist boxes were damaged and I had to repair the corners with sellotape in order for the box lids to stay in position. Since then Clarkes Golf have been in touch and dealt with this issue very efficiently and effectively and are liaising with the courier to ensure this doesn't happen again.”
