Thank you for reviewing Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always trying to improve our systems and also to give the best possible service. We do have a returns page on the website which is self explanatory. However, we have now included the returns link and the phone number on the packing slip. We are sure this will help customers in the future. Thanks Clarkes' Golf
