“Great products that our dog loves and we feel like are things that would otherwise go to waste. Quicker delivery time would be a bonus - our experience is it can take at least 5 days from ordering.”

Hi, Thanks for leave us a review. With regards to delivery time, it should not take that long and normally doesn't - I wonder if your parcel got caught up in the numerous Royal Mail strikes or them catching up afterwards? As stated in our shipping policy, we despatch all orders the next business day with Tracked 48 service so it should be with you within 3 days of your order unless your order is at the weekend of course as the next business day is Monday. So many of our reviews state how quickly customers receive their orders so I can only think that it was due to the strikes. Kind regards, Bernadett

“Chomp and Chew are absolutely brilliant! Great choice and variety of natural treats. Our border collie absolutely loves getting his packages. I love the variety boxes so I don't have to pick out all the chews, and delivered straight to your door. A great, friendly company that we have recommended to many other dog pals!”

“Boxes themselves are all natural and great for the dogs - would be great to have a small dog box but I guess I can use the puppy one! A few more updates would be great on when I can expect delivery and tips and tricks in general on dog health care.”

“We have now ordered from Chomp and Chew quite a few times, firstly getting a puppy chew box and sprats and now the adult chew box and pizzles. Everything has been great, arrived really quickly and nicely packaged. Pup has LOVED everything, especially getting to pick his own chew from the boxes.”

“super quick delivery, lovely note and packaging. Happy to support a small business who cares for their products and their customers. Dogs loved the chews.
