“I ordered a puppy box containing a variety of treats and chews. It's a great way to find out which chews or treats your dog likes. My pup is a lab and therefore a big foodie so naturally he likes them all! I like that they don't smell too strong unlike others I've bought from pet shops. I'll definitely be ordering from Chomp and Chew again.”

“Great stuff... The pizzles are the only thing that our dog gives up chewing on, the extra thick ones defeat him. The extra large pigs ears are also great. It might be a little bit expensive but the quality is good and delivery was 5* as well.”

“Usually really good service from this company, but I was disappointed with my last order. One item sent to me was out of date, another was not fit for purpose. I genuinely wondered if I’d been sent ‘rejects’ because I had used £6 worth of loyalty points as partial payment. Anyway, the issues have been resolved now (somewhat reluctantly by customer service), but I’m sorry to say I won’t be ordering from this company again.”

After having a look I can see that you had an issue with the size of your order. As a resolution we sent you out a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. Furthermore, we also refunded your latest order and offered out a replacement for the out of date product. To date we have not yet received a response for the replacement product. “Fab customer service ⭐️ Unfortunately my recent order had a couple of incorrect items. I emailed the customer service team to let them know, I received a quick response from the team who were apologetic and rectified the issue straight away! Fab selection of products, which my pup seems to love and I cannot fault the customer service team 🐶”
