“Ordered an arbour which was delivered by Shires and one piece was damaged. Driver advised any problems phone Shires. Two weeks later still waiting for a replacement and keep being told different things. Have tried numerous times to speak with Chestnut Mill but no-one answers the phone. Can’t really build an arbour seat when one of the main posts is split in half.”
