Ordered 2 x dog collars which were advertised as available on line. I was conatcted a couple of days later to say that one was out of stock and not available, a bit frustrating having searched and searched for this specific colour.

We happy with the shed. Only need to point out that the Delivery was left to be desired. We were told that the shed was due to arrive between 10am to 2pm At 3 pm I was wondering why it hadn't arrived. So I walked out to the yard and found the shed there and when I checked the tracking it arrived at 1218 pm Which was all good. I was not impressed that they didn't call or reached out to let us know and even to sign for it. Our neighbours once left stuff in the yard and it was stolen . Hence the comments above

Bit of struggle getter it together thankfully my husband is very good at these things . The pierces didn't fit smoothly and needed some chiseling out. Overall I'm very pleased with the finished look of the arch and the quality of the product when eventually put together looks very pleasing. Not a job for anyone that's not DIY proficient

Horse feed arrived promptly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that they were let down by their delivery company, who threw 2 x 20kg sacks of feed over a 7 foot gate to deliver!

Haven’t received my full order. Told me they were rectifying it and the product was coming in last week with next day delivery. Yet to receive it. Hoping that it be sorted in the new few days it’s been nearly 3 weeks. The product I have received was as described and is lovely. Just need the matching one now!

I cancelled the order and requested a refund as it didn’t turn up on time, not their fault it was the delivery company, refund was given quickly

While on subscription, Old stock delivered (less than 3 months shelf life), filthy outside, but quickly resolved and offered full refund.

Ordered a wooden parcel box. I was asked for delivery instructions if I was out. I requested. the very heavy parcel to be put behind the side gate.easy yes! But No the delivery man went to each of my neighbours the second one took it in I work shifts so would not be able to collect for another 24hrs. I felt embarrassed haveing to go to my neighbours to collect a parcel that was far too heavy for me to carry. The homeowner then had to carry it to my home.A simple request turned into a nightmare.

I recently purchased a shavings fork, which was dispatched less than 24hrs after purchase! Fab! But then took over a week to arrive and when I did receive it had multiple dents in and both the fork and handle where bend, and less than a week of using the whole fork end has come off

Thank you for your order and review. I am very sorry to hear about the issues you have had with the delivery. I can only assume this damage was done during transit and was part of the reason it took so long to arrive, this certainly does not normally take this long. This delay and damage is not something we would be aware of unless you contacted us about it. The salt licks I purchased for my goats came promptly. I have only scored a 3 star as was disappointed that one of them was broken and much of it had to be thrown away, this was probably due to the courier but goats missing out on their lick ☹️

Wed said 7 to 10 day delivery. Telephoned Chestnut Mill after 10days, they were NOT HELPFUL, all they could say was,, "we passed the order over to Spire, and said they could not help" Phone Spire, they had not even received the order. Order arrived 4 weeks later. The summer house is full of knot holes, doors do not meet. Not enough screws or roof felt tacks. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sad to hear that you have had such issues and would like to sincerely apologise for any failings you perceive us to have had. Customer service is our number one priority and we would certainly have never said we could not help. We will of course take your comments on board and look to improve our service and communication. I would though just like to add some points to your feedback. You have not informed us until this feedback of any structural issues with the building. If you can e-mail us some photos of the issues we should be able to get this addressed by the manufacturers for you. With regards to the delivery delay I would just like to detail the issues, reasoning behind them, and our actions. This building is delivered directly by the manufacturer as detailed on the product page and the delivery is booked directly with them. We were only aware of the issue once you contacted us 10 days after the order was placed, we are very sorry that this delay had happened. I can assure you the order was sent to them the very instant you placed the order as it is all automatic. By the time you had called we had even been invoiced and paid Shire Garden buildings. Unfortunately, there was a delay within their team moving it from the order system, to the logistics system (which is what the team you will have spoken to can see). They should never have told you that they didn't have the order and the Directors at Shire Garden Buildings have agreed this shouldn't have happened and pass on their sincere apologies. They had recently taken on new staff and this had caused some problems with orders being processed incorrectly and or slowly for a week or two. We would never say we couldn't help, but we will have said we couldn't book the delivery for you as it is not our delivery system, it is delivered directly by the manufacturers Shire Garden Buildings and we have no access to their logistics system. However this is not the same as not being able to help. We did hound Shire Garden Buildings to ensure you were contacted ASAP to book the delivery with them. I can see we sent multiple e-mails and made made multiple phone calls to chase this for you. Unfortunately, as 10 working days had passed before we were aware of the issue and it took a day or tow to get it sorted with Shire, the delivery did then have to be slotted into their existing schedule which resulted in another 7-10 days passing meaning delivery took 4 weeks.
