“Haylage I received was all off. I tried three times to contact you with no reply. Then you ask if I would review. You’ve said you are a family business and a review would be important to you. You don’t get back to customer’s quickly enough when they have a problem, but you are happy to take everyone’s money”

“I used to buy 5kg bags of Versele Laga degu food, then you couldn't get that size, this time I couldn't get 2.5kg bags. My degu loves this food. Chestnut food had this in stock and they always deliver on time”
