“The service received from Chestnut Mill was amazingly efficient., I received a phone call from them within an hour or two even though I did not leave my phone number, only a short message. The owl box ordered was on my doorstep within 3 days of ordering although I understood it would be a week or two. It is robust and well made and will last for years. We are looking forward to seeing Tawny owls in residence soon. I shall not hesitate to contact you again for any nest boxes. Thank you very much. I”

“Ordered a metal arch for the garden. Arrived promptly. No instructions enclosed, but fairly easy to work out which screw went where. Unfortunately, the screw part of the fleur de lis that was supposed to screw down and connect both sides of the arch arrived bent and I was unable to use it to join the two sides. Instead, improvised by tying the two tops together with a binding. Not ideal, but too much of a pfaff to return, after getting the arch into position.”
