“Bought a Bavarian style Harriet table for our patio which looks good and repels the rain. It has a 10 year guarantee so it's difficult to review as we have only just received it. But it is good quality and solid so hoping it will weather naturally with no constant upkeep as we had on our old teak table. Delivery was a bit mixed up and was sent to the wrong depot but it was sorted for us quickly. Assembly needed 2 people and we had to refill holes but it was done fairly quickly and it looks great in our garden. Ki”

“25kg growers grit, well priced. Unfortunately got lost or damaged in transit. Your excellent customer services soon had replacement dispatched. It was sent in a cardboard box twice the size of the bag! So it was a 25kg bag packed so that it was unmanageable. The grit is great, ideal for our bantams. Thanks.”

“I ordered a wigwam arch but it transpired it was out of stock (they emailed me after payment). Although this was slightly annoying, they were very firendly and gave me options to wait or be refunded. I waited and sure enough it arrived a month later!”

“Hi very good you went an extra mile to get my crumbs, my only concern is that at the time of year when turkey poults are reared I have 20 kg but I have 4 turkeys so there's a lot of waste a so have to change to growers pellets after 8 to 9 weeks It would be better for me to these crumbs in smaller quantities . Thankyou anyway”
