Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about you issue with parts missing and damaged. You did e-mail us late on a Friday (day after this feedback) with the details of the issues and and we replied by 7am on the Monday. This is delivered directly by the manufacturers and so we passed the info onto them to contact you directly to resolve. We asked you to let us know if you had not received a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours. We were told by the manufacturer that they had contact you and resolved it. As we have not heard from you 15 days later we understand that this was all resolved quickly, efficiently and to your satisfaction? Please do let us know should this still not be the case. I trust after this you would agree whilst there was an issue with the building our customer service was excellent and we ensured your issue was dealt with promptly and effectively. “I bought three items of garden furniture ,which were dispatched directly from the manufacturer,one of which was damaged on receipt and a couple of fixings were missing. I contacted customer service and Victoria arranged for the damaged part and missing fittings to be replaced. I am happy with my purchase,the price paid , the service offered to resolve the damaged part and a 5% discount code for the inconvenience caused .”

“We saw a Marlborough Arbour in a local garden centre for which they wanted £250 for it plus £10 delivery. Found the exact same one on Chestnut Mill for £168 plus free delivery and we got it within 3 days. Absolutely excellent, will make sure we look at them in future.”
