“Poor quality product sold (Wooden cold frame). Packaging and instructions were poor. Arrived soaking wet which soaked into the wood so been wet for a while.”

“I received the parcel in good time and it arrived in good condition. The assembly instructions were very clear, I put it together myself but I think two people would be better to assemble this parcel store. The end result is a handsome piece of outdoor furniture, very happy with my purchase.”

“My wife fell in love with this gated arch when seeing it, or something near identical, in a garden centre at a silly price I wasn't prepared to consider. I little research brought us to Chestnut Mill where this product was available from stock at a great price including delivery. The arch arrived promptly and was simply to erect. We did find a couple of the fixing lugs were bent so I contacted Chestnut Mill offering to try and bend them straight as long as they would honour replacement if they snapped/tore. Chestnut Mill responded really quickly with a positive assurance - so rare to get a response so quickly and one where the responder had clearly carefully read my note. All straightened out within 5 minutes and I was ready to go. Great product and service from Chestnut Mill Ltd - now my first point of search for my next project.”
