“Excellent service with great communication would recommend to anyone. They contact me to let me know that my parcel was delayed due to postal strikes and the normal courier service was unavailablebecauseof this, at this point they offered to refund me but I was happy to wait and only waited an extra day or two. But always appreciate when a company take the time to update you over the order you have placed.”

“I always buy my rabbit food from chestnut mill ,not only is it a Quilty brand and is healthy and gentle on my rabbits tums but it always comes well packaged from this seller and is the cheapest I can buy it for .The staff at chestnut mill are very friendly and always explain in an email if things are going to be delayed .very happy customer 😊”

“The delivery man was extremely helpful and positioned the pallet where I asked him. He also offered some advice for when I unwrapped the pallet. My only negative comment is that there were too many nails that had randomly been put in to hold all the items on the pallet, which of course I needed to remove.”

Thank you for your review. We did contact you at the time to apologise for the issue you had experienced. You e-mail letting us know there was an issue with the delivery had unfortunately gone into our spam folder and we did not see the e-mail for a little while. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the issue you had. Unfortunately, deliveries do sometimes go wrong. We do though take great pride in our customer service and would always look to get a speedy and agreeable solution for our customer in this instance. In this situation this would usually be a quickly actioned refund or a replacement parcel. I am sorry we were unable to do this more quickly for you. As you will see from our many 5 star reviews, this level of service is something we usually excel in.
