My black pudding never arrived the delivery driver must have took it to the wrong address. There are 3 groves that are very similar he must have took it to the wrong one, Richard Edwards.

Seriously. You want me to write a review! Over a day late. Missed the event I'd ordered the meat for . Spoke on the phone and was told I would be contacted by customer services, Now get an e-mail asking for a review I'll leave it at this and hopefully, a more realistic contact will be made from you Regards SIMON

My order never arrived. Despite raising this both with the courier and Campbells, nothing was done about this. No refund or redelivery was offered and after an initial courtesy email, all of my communication was ignored. A terrible customer experience and I would strongly advise against ordering for delivery with Campbells.

Order CPM-20569 has not yet been delivered. Booked for Friday 9th June in good time, I thought, for a special Sunday breakfast. From past experience, I know that your product is great, but it appears that DPD is letting you down very badly. My only hope is that my kippers have been kept at the correct temperature.

I am sure the product is very good. However my order has not arrived and I have found that you had put my house number and street name but with a Bristol postcode. Just received this pack and cooked the two ribeyes. They were absolutely disgusting, almost unedible being riddled with gristle and tough strings of connective tissue. There was more waste than edible meat. We have not bothered to try the other steaks. We will never again look for meat from Campbells. Despite the poor quality of the meat however, your, packaging was excellent, and the delivery driver arrived exactly on time.

Arrived when they said but very disappointed with short date of items ordered. Did ring to complain but got little sympathy. Would not buy any more from them or recommend the company

I ordered 2 Scotch Leg Of Lamb On The Bone. What arrived on Friday – 2 gigot lamb chops, bone-in!!! Certainly not worth £63…. I am so upset because I ordered the 2 legs of lamb (4 kilos) for a big special dinner with lots of friends at a holiday get-together this week. Customer service is only open Monday to Friday 4.30, so no chance of Campbells rectifying this in time to solve my problem. I had to go out on Saturday to a local butcher to buy the legs of lamb, so I have had to pay twice. So clearly I will not be able to rely on Campbells in future for any important events I am planning, and I am going to be very angry if I don't get a full refund.

The meat products are good but the delivery service is disgraceful!!! The box was left outside my property on an open road and not in a "safe place" as instructed. The delivery service made no attempt to enter the grounds of my property! The meat box was placed next to my waste bins on collection day!! The bin men placed the meat box inside one of the empty bins - I assume for safekeeping in case it was stolen!! The delivery company and driver should be severely reprimanded and should apologise!!! Absolutely disgraceful delivery!!

Having picked Campbells to buy my Lorne sausage from because they were in Scotland ,and having Scottish parents Lorne sausage was it was a firm favourite growing up I was disappointed with the amount of fat that was in it more fat then meat

Dear Cambells you products are excellent but we did not receive our order no black pudding and black pudding dried sausage the haggis arrive but only one third of the order was received. I would love to get the rest but alas 😕 it's been cancelled.
