Fresh meat delivery tossed over a gate into a semi derelict house and garden, Not our address, took a while to track down the gate in our postcode, ( which DPD ‘ s proof of delivery showed) my 81 year old husband had to scale a wall to retrieve the box, had we not recognised the gate our meat would have been rat food!!!

Very disappointed with some of the products. The minced lamb was basically minced fat, looked completely different to imagine used on website. Whole rump was about 1/3 fat and very chewy. Contacted customer service, awaiting reply.

I wish I could write a review but I have not received the goods I purchased nor have I received a response from Campbells Meat to my email questioning as to what has happened to my delivery.

Unfortunately we recieved Beef in an bag which had a whole in it,the blood had dripped out and we where unable to eat it.This was for our Special Easter dinner.After contacting yourselves with back and forth emails and providing pictures we where offered another parcel of the same meat at a later date but after emails going back and forth again a refund was given which we have to 10days to wait for.So we are out of pocket and have to start again looking for something nice for Easter dinner.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED, ORDER OF FISH CAME A DAY LATE AND LEFT US PANNICKING AS TO WHAT TO DO FOR OUR BUSINESS DINNER PARTY. NOT GOOD AT ALL

Your pork and leek sausages I thought were tasteless. ALSO The sliced steak Lorne sausage had to chew chew chew it was a tough eat. Gave up and binned everything...waste of my hard earned money.

I've had mixed experiences with Campbells. My last was probably the final straw since my previous issues had been efficiently dealt with by friendly support staff. I consider a two day shelf life to be too short on delivered goods and this seemed to be confirmed by a customer service manager? when I asked by email their own internal standard. However not even an apology. Ive always considered their products to be mixed - (the grissle in the scotch pies should be able to be removed completely in the manufacturing process for instance) and slightly over priced. This latest experience has probably made my mind up. And do they know the options to the question below 'how quick(with an implied "ly" on the end) did the company respond' have no answer between 12 hours and a week. This all adds to the feeling the company does not have very high standards.

fristly the fact that one box would been ok you sent two and rubb salt in the wound you chage me for the it the love chops could not have been smaller again rubbing salt in you half the price so after not very happy the fax that the boxes were left so you could open the door didnt help but the chops look like they should been in child play box

Really disappointed with my purchase the only thing I’ve not tried is the haggis. and I’ll not be trying it going by the sausages black pudding a sealed packs of ham never again. I really thought this was high end butchers

I ordered a Haggis but it came without a bung. If it had not been frozen it would just have been loose in a bag. I sent Campbells an e mail about this but it was neither acknowledged nor replied to.
