“Very disappointed received order as planned on 4th November however expiry date is 7th November.No way will we use full line sausage and 12 pies in this timeframe”

“Delivery was requested for 30/10 but did not arrive. Was rescheduled for between 8.00 and 10.30 the following day however then changed to by 12.30. I called and cancelled the delivery as not happy about meat being out for so long. Refund was swift though.”

“Item was not delivered on time and when it was delivered by Amazon, the box had a bulge in the side. As advised by your email, I declined the box and returned. Although I have reported it, your system is so not suited to the customer you haven’t got back to me. I asked for my money back.”

“The ice packs had melted somewhat, and these ones are not dry. I ordered 2 boxes of pies, and the boxes were sodden wet. I tried one of the pies, and it tasted soggy. All the pies went in the bin”

“It is now 4 days since my delivery was due and nothing has turned up. I have contacted the delivery firm and campbells several times but I have had no reply. Very poor customer service.”

“Delivery arrived on time. Nice driver , however the pie tops on half the larger items had fallen off. Further more the delivery arrived onnthe 4th September and the use by date is the 9th, not impressed.”

“Unable to place order on line even when told problem fixed. Long wait to place order on phone. Delayed delivery of fish, cool bags all soft and moved to bottom of box so top of fish not cooled and took over 48 hours to get to me. Compensation?”

“Two orders in a row simply haven't appeared on their due date. The first a couple of days late, the second has simply never appeared. Campbells have reacted well and sent out replacement boxes (second one, we'll see, waiting for it), but fresh food now arriving on a pre-booked date is unacceptable. If I'm ordering fresh food, I'm probaly planning menus for family & guests. If I can't rely on Campbells, I'll need to go elsewhere in future. E.g. the buthchers in Inverurie (name excluded) have NEVER been late in 50+ orders, but I was hoping Campbells would do, as they are local to me. Two strikes, one more chance, otherwise it's back to Inverurie!”

“Did not receive my order due to inefficiency of courier. Now having to wait 10 days for my refund. I am really disappointed as I waited in for delivery when I could have been out enjoying the sunshine. Then told my delivery would have taken longer due to distance! I live in Aberdeen not the Outer Hebrides, even allowing for stops it should not take 3 days. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this company again. Linda Massie”

“I've already mentioned this to you. My experience is that any supplier who uses DPD in my area will get a very poor rating. DPD NEVER follow instructions and always leave deliveries in the porch where they get stolen. Their website invites feedback but they ignore it and nothing changes. They are appalling. I am reduced to informing suplliers I cannot order from them if they use DPD.”

“The delivery was supposed to arrrive on 10th July having been ordered more than a week earlier. No parcel was received that day and eventually a message was received from DPD that it would be delivered between 3.17 and 4.17 on the 11th July. This was more than 48 hours after it had been dispatched and was therefore beyond the time period when it would be safe to eat, particularly as we are in the middle of a heatwave. The delivery was therefore cancelled and I am now awaiting a refund. This is the second time this has happened and I am, unfortunately, going to have to look elsewhere for my products from Scotland.”

“Dpd left , photo , but when I went to area not there ,this is a hotel and I did ask to have delivery taken to reception, ring doorbell, did not happen,these were frozen pies .have contacted did was told they were going to call back in an hour , still waiting.”
