Just received this pack and cooked the two ribeyes. They were absolutely disgusting, almost unedible being riddled with gristle and tough strings of connective tissue. There was more waste than edible meat. We have not bothered to try the other steaks. We will never again look for meat from Campbells. Despite the poor quality of the meat however, your, packaging was excellent, and the delivery driver arrived exactly on time.

Arrived when they said but very disappointed with short date of items ordered. Did ring to complain but got little sympathy. Would not buy any more from them or recommend the company

I ordered 2 Scotch Leg Of Lamb On The Bone. What arrived on Friday – 2 gigot lamb chops, bone-in!!! Certainly not worth £63…. I am so upset because I ordered the 2 legs of lamb (4 kilos) for a big special dinner with lots of friends at a holiday get-together this week. Customer service is only open Monday to Friday 4.30, so no chance of Campbells rectifying this in time to solve my problem. I had to go out on Saturday to a local butcher to buy the legs of lamb, so I have had to pay twice. So clearly I will not be able to rely on Campbells in future for any important events I am planning, and I am going to be very angry if I don't get a full refund.

The meat products are good but the delivery service is disgraceful!!! The box was left outside my property on an open road and not in a "safe place" as instructed. The delivery service made no attempt to enter the grounds of my property! The meat box was placed next to my waste bins on collection day!! The bin men placed the meat box inside one of the empty bins - I assume for safekeeping in case it was stolen!! The delivery company and driver should be severely reprimanded and should apologise!!! Absolutely disgraceful delivery!!

Having picked Campbells to buy my Lorne sausage from because they were in Scotland ,and having Scottish parents Lorne sausage was it was a firm favourite growing up I was disappointed with the amount of fat that was in it more fat then meat

Dear Cambells you products are excellent but we did not receive our order no black pudding and black pudding dried sausage the haggis arrive but only one third of the order was received. I would love to get the rest but alas 😕 it's been cancelled.

Sadly, our haggis arrived after 8pm via DPD on Burns night and so had to order take-away food for our Burns night celebration with family and friends. It was disappointing as although you had specified it has to be delivered on this day, you should have specified a time during the day, as I think that it was obvious what the purpose of the order was. The haggis is in the fridge and i'll try to use it before the expiry date but Burns night wasn't the same without it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a time slot prior to dispatch, this is planned by our chosen courier and will be text/emailed to you on the day of delivery. All of our orders are dispatched on a next day delivery service. Our delivery information advises that our couriers can deliver up to 9pm so please bear this in mind for future ordering. Order placed on 11th December for delivery on 11th January, not as if it was a last-minute job. Nine minutes before the order was dispatched I received an email informing me that an item was out of stock.

Ordered at the beginning of November for December 3rd week delivery, Get an email on 12th December 2022 advising that they can't make delivery and they have canceled the order, this email was written by MD Mr C Campbell, tried contacting them the next working day and held on the phone for an hour and no one answered!!!!, Tried getting in contact with the trade team the Receptionist who answered was not interested in assisting, Finally, an account manager answered her phone and said she will look into it and get back. The production manager phoned and said due to the time factor they could not deliver or contact in person. If only someone in the management team dared to put their contact number so customers could call and discuss alternative delivery instead of canceling the order. With my persistence, he re-arranged delivery for 17th Dec, eventually arriving 18th Dec 2022. I think Mr C Campbell and the management team have some explaining to do to customers.

Ordered in October for delivery 16.12.2022. Paid over £100 for Turkey and additions. Received notification that DPD will be delivering 16.12.22, spent whole weekend tracking down order as items are perishable and it was not delivered. Final response received was that our Turkey needed to be disposed. Sooooo upset. Refund required as can’t trust that it will be re delivered on time.So far unable to speak to anyone at Campbells!

The delivery did not arrive as planned on 12th December. I had ordered the delivery on 28th October. I was offered an alternative date in January. I did not feel this was satisfactory service.
