We ordered a week in advance for an event that was coming up. On the day of delivery we got a call from DPD to say there was a problem with the parcel. They rang again to say it was damaged and being sent back. I rang Campbells and they were unaware of this. After waiting a while we were advised the best they could do was redeliver 6 days later which was no use. Currently waiting for the refund to process. Disappointing experience all round.

I thought that the Scottish pies would be a nice family treat,but when we served 8 pies for the family everyone refused to eat them, saying they are too salty. We are put off from placing further orders from you.

The so called farm assured honey roast Ham was rubbish not as advertised and ordered it plenty of time and been the best this what they are offering is not worth it

Food was booked to arrive on a Thursday, which was perfect as it was my day off. Food didn’t arrive until Friday. When it arrived the food only had 2 days shelf life. Also a full black pudding was removed from the order, but no refund given. Will not be ordering again.

Order placed on January 14th to be delivered on January 17th. Order dispatched but not delivered by DPD. On contacting Campbells they did offer apologies & offered to dispatch a new order but it’s not due to be delivered till January 22nd. Disappointing - not the service I expected (especially as delivery cost £10).

Arrived a day late due to bad weather I can't blame anyone for that,then when it was delivered DPD left it outside my block of flats by the entrance door without pressing the intercom buzzer to let me know it was there,then when I opened the box their was a note inside saying the coley had been substituted and they hoped I was happy with the substitution,I wasn't as they substituted it with fresh air so half the cost of my order was not in stock and although Campbell's had plenty of time to ask me if I still wanted to go ahead with the order they couldn't be bothered I was eventually refunded.If something is out of stock they should ask you if you still want the order or cancel it.So I won't be placing any more orders with Campbell's.

The delivery was appalling as the delivery person Faizel threw the package in a gateway of a property with no sign on it about 100 yards from the delivery property. It was found by a neighbour who spotted it and then delivered it to Mrs L Law. Shocking as this was/is a food product.

We ordered two lots of the Lorne Sausage and am afraid to say it was appalling. Full of gristle, I mean you had to spit it out, and tasteless. I had the same sausage in 2020 at a friend’s and the difference in quality is dramatic…..would not recommend it at all !

DPD was the problem, they failed to deliver. Campbell couldn't have been more helpful and I was offered a re order or refund. I was refunded straight away. I thought, what's the point in wating 2 days of my life waiting for a useless courier who doesn't turn up. Shame really!!
