Sadly, our haggis arrived after 8pm via DPD on Burns night and so had to order take-away food for our Burns night celebration with family and friends. It was disappointing as although you had specified it has to be delivered on this day, you should have specified a time during the day, as I think that it was obvious what the purpose of the order was. The haggis is in the fridge and i'll try to use it before the expiry date but Burns night wasn't the same without it.

Hello Michele, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order and the time the delivery was carried out. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a time slot prior to dispatch, this is planned by our chosen courier and will be text/emailed to you on the day of delivery. All of our orders are dispatched on a next day delivery service. Our delivery information advises that our couriers can deliver up to 9pm so please bear this in mind for future ordering. If your order is required for a specific event, you can choose a delivery date prior, should there be any delays in transit. Order placed on 11th December for delivery on 11th January, not as if it was a last-minute job. Nine minutes before the order was dispatched I received an email informing me that an item was out of stock.

Gammon joint was missing from my order. Had to find one on Christmas Eve from the supermarket. Not impressed.

Ordered at the beginning of November for December 3rd week delivery, Get an email on 12th December 2022 advising that they can't make delivery and they have canceled the order, this email was written by MD Mr C Campbell, tried contacting them the next working day and held on the phone for an hour and no one answered!!!!, Tried getting in contact with the trade team the Receptionist who answered was not interested in assisting, Finally, an account manager answered her phone and said she will look into it and get back. The production manager phoned and said due to the time factor they could not deliver or contact in person. If only someone in the management team dared to put their contact number so customers could call and discuss alternative delivery instead of canceling the order. With my persistence, he re-arranged delivery for 17th Dec, eventually arriving 18th Dec 2022. I think Mr C Campbell and the management team have some explaining to do to customers.

Ordered in October for delivery 16.12.2022. Paid over £100 for Turkey and additions. Received notification that DPD will be delivering 16.12.22, spent whole weekend tracking down order as items are perishable and it was not delivered. Final response received was that our Turkey needed to be disposed. Sooooo upset. Refund required as can’t trust that it will be re delivered on time.So far unable to speak to anyone at Campbells!

The delivery did not arrive as planned on 12th December. I had ordered the delivery on 28th October. I was offered an alternative date in January. I did not feel this was satisfactory service.

Order had been specifically placed to arrive on the Friday and nothing turned up. Received an email stating it would be delivered late the next day. Had to stay in waiting and it still did not arrive then was contacted by DPD who said it couldn't be delivered as it was perishable. A bit of a farce with a lot of wasted time!!.

The order was a day late it left its place on 8/12/22 i got it on 10/12/22 meat was soft and not frozen the delivery company put it down to war in Europe

Ordered 2 weeks ago had a delivery slot agreed as it was for the governers buffet day before get an email saying dpd are struggling and will deliver the day after our slot ? It’s a school closed on weekends so no one able to take delivery tried another slot don’t deliver on Mondays cancelled the order still turned up left outside a closed school total shambles will never use these clowns again

Normally 1st Class. Delivery due 2/12/22. Still not arrived by 4/12/22. No follow up contact from either Campbells or their courier - disappointed. Poor customer service - no response to email yet but sending out computer generated requests when they know they have problems 😥

It is Sunday 6th 17.02 - parcel still has not arrived. I was due for delivery on Friday. DPD system stated we refused delivery ??? We were in all-day ! I was tracking delivery online - DPD stated refused del/. at 7.10 pm on Friday when the truck was 25 miles away from us ! Will quality be ok if delivered on Monday ?

Food arrived on the 18th , most of it had to be used by the 20th , the sliced sausage smelled bad and was dumped, shocking way to treat customers!!
