“Good delivery.In this weather be careful of what products are refreezable.or eat them very quickly. Nice things come in small quantities. Not as large in real life as the photos. Turkey roast was tasty.Lorne sausage was better than expected.will try the roast sirloin today.Pies I ordered for friend were very good.”

“I'm fine with the produce, but I'm less happy with the packaging. The ice blocks are contained within heavy duty plastic which will go to landfill, and take hundreds of years to degrade, and with the insulation, which again, is all plastic and again , with a very extended time in landfill before degrading. I quite understand the need fir the insulation, but I'm sure that if Campbells their minds to the problem, thry will be able to come up with a solution which will be more ecologically acceptable.”

“I got a delivery to Northern Ireland it took one day to be delivered came well packed and ice was still frozen and the Scotch pie are amazing and you have to buy the square sausage haggis and black pudding amazing having the burgers tonight”

“Won't take responsibility for their suppliers shortcomings (some cheese wasn't available at the last minute, despite my having ordered a week before the delivery date). Doubt I'll use them again.”

“The Scottish cheeses I ordered arrived in time and were excellent in both quality and price. However, there was a panic when the DPD driver sent a message to say they had been delivered and the accompanying photo was not our door. We had to do a quick search of neighbouring properties and very luckily found them. Just a pointer that your chosen delivery company were not reliable in this instance. But all was well in the end and the cheeses made a fitting end to our Burns Supper.”

“The meat that I have ordered has been good quality meat & you can tell once it's cooked the taste is great I had the diced lamb for Xmas dinner & everyone said how tender it was also your small pies were great at the party not to spicy just how we like them. The only thing I will not buy again is the lamb burger's as the mint over took the flavour”

“Sadly, our haggis arrived after 8pm via DPD on Burns night and so had to order take-away food for our Burns night celebration with family and friends. It was disappointing as although you had specified it has to be delivered on this day, you should have specified a time during the day, as I think that it was obvious what the purpose of the order was. The haggis is in the fridge and i'll try to use it before the expiry date but Burns night wasn't the same without it.”

Hello Michele, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order and the time the delivery was carried out. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a time slot prior to dispatch, this is planned by our chosen courier and will be text/emailed to you on the day of delivery. All of our orders are dispatched on a next day delivery service. Our delivery information advises that our couriers can deliver up to 9pm so please bear this in mind for future ordering. If your order is required for a specific event, you can choose a delivery date prior, should there be any delays in transit. “Firstly, let me say that the food is excellent! If it was on the quality of the produce, I would have given them a 5. Unfortunately, their customer service has just proved to be extremely poor. I had a big order delivered by DHL to my home in London and the courier (my contract is with Campbells not DHL) decided that it was acceptable to dump my order in the street outside my house. 1. I phoned DHL and got a sort of apology from someone who just wanted to talk over me. 2. I phoned Campbells to highlight the situation and they won't answer the phone. I expect significantly better than this and will think twice about this company next time.”

“Excellent products, excellent packaging. Excellent pricing, but most of all 5star in every way. I started buying from you over three yrs ago and have never regretted it I would recommend your produce to everybody. “Lorne was of great quality, texture and flavour all correct - the gammon was delicious and came in a larger size - a pleasant surprise. Arrived well cooled and packaged well and hygienically packaged.”
