“Package never arrived, company admitted they sent the wrong item, then continued to claim it was delivered and refused to refund my money even though they previously admitted to sending the wrong package (which also didn't show up). I've been arguing with them for days to get my money back. Absolute scam, terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague.”
“HUGE SCAM. Do not even try, they provide a fake tracking site to show it processing but it's not real. Once I used the tracking code on a different site it showed that it was delivered to somewhere in FL.”
“In July 2023 I placed an order for 50 books to be delivered to my home address in Ohio. The tracking number I received stated that the books were actually shipped to Anchorage, AK instead. After emailing the company of this error, a week later they assured me that a new shipment would be sent out. Delivery would take 10 to 15 days. After 20 days, I sent another email inquiring about the shipment. After two weeks I received a response saying "To be patient" and they would update me as soon as possible. Another week past and I received a new tracking number. When I looked up new tracking number a notice popped up stating that this tracking number is often used for scamming. As of today, October 18, 2023 I have yet to receive any books or refund.”
“Do not trust this. I have been fighting with 17Track about my missing package. Well first of they told me they sent out the wrong package and it got delivered to my house but it did not so I asked if they could resend my package then they threatened me saying if I did not find the missing package they would not send out my order. Then they only offered me a 20% refund because they lost money. It was not my fault that they delivered to the wrong address and not I don’t even get my order and I don’t even get a full refund. Here is my order number to prove I bought something. Order No. 2023090556555257. This is one huge scam. Do not buy from here at all.”

“Delivery was as specified at the time of order. The package was delivered undamaged but when opened the three books which were bound together had been dropped and had one corner on each crumpled, this had been done prior to packaging yet they sent the books out anyway..This leads me to ask if Books2Door cares about customer service or just getting payment....Books could not be returned as they were required as a gift.”
