In July 2023 I placed an order for 50 books to be delivered to my home address in Ohio. The tracking number I received stated that the books were actually shipped to Anchorage, AK instead. After emailing the company of this error, a week later they assured me that a new shipment would be sent out. Delivery would take 10 to 15 days. After 20 days, I sent another email inquiring about the shipment. After two weeks I received a response saying "To be patient" and they would update me as soon as possible. Another week past and I received a new tracking number. When I looked up new tracking number a notice popped up stating that this tracking number is often used for scamming. As of today, October 18, 2023 I have yet to receive any books or refund.
