Delivery was as specified at the time of order. The package was delivered undamaged but when opened the three books which were bound together had been dropped and had one corner on each crumpled, this had been done prior to packaging yet they sent the books out anyway..This leads me to ask if Books2Door cares about customer service or just getting payment....Books could not be returned as they were required as a gift.
