“Ordered a set of books which included the book in the pic. Misprint on the front cover. I sent it abroad as a gift, so it went past the 30-day refund limit. Therefore, Books2Door couldn’t offer me any refund. They said I could return the book, but it’s abroad and that would be costly. Shame you couldn’t help with this one book, as I am a regular customer.”
“Delivery was as specified at the time of order. The package was delivered undamaged but when opened the three books which were bound together had been dropped and had one corner on each crumpled, this had been done prior to packaging yet they sent the books out anyway..This leads me to ask if Books2Door cares about customer service or just getting payment....Books could not be returned as they were required as a gift.”
“The Collins English Thesaurus and English Dictionary I purchased were of very poor quality - as soon as I opened either of these items the pages parted from the spines leaving me with just a "loose leaf" type product.”
“Unfortunately the package and product was damaged. I ordered the Orwell collection and three of the 6 books had been crushed, so that their spines were bent. A great price for these classics though.”
“This is the first time I ordered from this company, it was a fantastic deal for us teachers buying a pack of 10 Christmas books that woked out as £! a book. After Book People no longer existing this seemed like a perfect replacement. The reason for a low star rating was simply down to the delivery, we expected 2-4 working days which was stated on the website and on the order confirmation. This didn't happen. It was late which was very upsetting as many children missed out on their Christmas present.”
