“The books were great but I still have a problem with the shipping . Although it was faster than last time it is still longer than the estimated time. But it does come to Romania so maybe they calculated general/closer destinations not something so far . Anyway there is still no place to write your phone number so I just wrote next to my name and htis time the shipping company could call me so it went easier. My next order is on its way so I'll see how that arrives.”
“I paid extra for faster delivery because the books were a gift. Unfortunately they didn’t come any faster. When I contacted them to chase up the order they were very quick to reply to me, were very apologetic, explaining there was an issue with the post office and credited me the money back straight away that I’d paid for faster delivery. I found their Customer Service very good.”

“I hear that the books I ordered were delivered in a timely manner and I’ve had no complaints, so assume they were ok!
I had them delivered direct to my son in England as you don’t deliver to the Isle of Man, not sure why?!
We use Royal Mail just the same as England Scotland and Wales, postage rates are the same too. This is why you got 4 stars and not 5”

I purchased a World book day 2021 book for £1 (everywhere else is selling it for more), a large children’s book set and a duo of teen/young adult books and they all arrived in great condition. The lack of one star is maybe a bit nitpicky but the seal on the book set packet was broken and delivery did take a while (over Christmas).”
