Awful company, I gave the exact length and width of what I wanted, only to receive the blinds nearly 2" too short from what I ordered. I was informed by blinds2go that they calculate the drop with the headrail!!! Even with the headrail included the blinds were still short. After several emails later and being offered 50% if I reordered my original request. Customer service refused to give me a manager's contact name and I was told that they can resolve my issue with them. By this time I was really annoyed , not only did they send me the incorrect length that I asked for they expected me to pay again for my original order with 50% discount. So I have told them that, the blinds are not fit for purpose, and I will be contacting Trading standards and the ombudsman (which I have done), they eventually agreed to replace the blinds at the length I requested, FREE OF CHARGE, they are not free as I have already paid for them. I am just waiting for them to arrive, if I have the same issue, I will be in contact with them again (hopefully by then, I should have had a reply from Trading standards and the ombudsman). I would not recommend this company at all

Awful customer service. My blind was delivered measuring 3/4 of an inch too narrow, the measurements were done in accordance to their exact directions, numerous telephone conversations to numerous people, photographs sent showing that blind didn’t fit, their response was we can offer you a 50% reduction on the cost of making another blind to the correct measurements! Avoid this company!

The blind to match my curtains didn’t arrive at the same time as the curtains I was told it would be delivered the next day , didn’t arrive, now customer service are telling me it’s currently in Dubai !! I will be compensated if it doesn’t arrive but won’t be able to return the curtains that match it which will be no use to me Disgusted with the lies and service and was unaware that the products weren’t even made in uk

Diabolical service, must have phoned customer service s nearly 10 times . They said one thing then did another !! . No one was really interested if you have a problem , mistake after mistake. ! Would NOTrecommend n urged people to stear clear of this horrendous company .

Tried a blind for a bedroom first, liked it so proceeded to order 4 X vertical blinds Inc patio window for the same room. Went for the plainest design as I've got patterned curtains. Received the order two tracks were the wrong size had to sent photos of everything including the box to confirm and then was advised they would send the two correct sizes out. The blinds were/are awful in some areas they have a brownish tinge to them and also a faded area which makes them look like they've been at the windows for ages. Also one of the replacement tracks was faulty. I informed the company who said that because I didn't ask for a sample they would send one out to make sure it matches and send a replacement track. The sample came and sure enough it matches but only in some areas for the full length the brown and fading becomes more apparent so I would have still ordered from the sample and still got the same result. The replacement header was damaged so number 4 is no on its way to me. I asked to price up my order with the material I had chosen for my bedroom and was told they wouldn't do that until I had received a sample - we know that makes no difference and I've actually got a fully made up blind to refer back to but if that was their policy... Once received I asked for a price as I was offered a 20% discount and the price they came back with was nearly as much as the full order - unsure why when you can get them from £1+ from the internet and the ones I ordered weren't a fantastic quality! So because of the price I've actually paid wasn't going to pay that on top and am very disappointed with this. So wanted to warn people. I use a local company normally but this is a holiday home so not there all the time and thought I'd try an online company - never again!

They have a bad customer service. I missed a small window blind in a large order and they charged me separately for the delivery. The lady who answered my telephone was not helpful at all. I will not buy from them again.

Orla Keily blind for my door expensive, rubbish quality. Very disappointed. Just not the quality I expected from an expensive blind. Also purchased a Venetian blind for my utility window. Cord is to short, I have to really reach to change its position when I telephoned it was hard work and didn’t get any where So left it

Shocking service - please avoid Waited 4 months for a blind only for it to arrive damaged and now after multiple emails, I have had no response, no phone call, no replacement blind and no refund. The wait I could accept, I could even understand after a package taking so long and moved around so much how it could be damaged but the lack of response since is so poor. I wish I had of just gone to a store and ordered a blind. Blinds2go came recommended so I tried them for tips 1 blind and intended to do the rest of the house then but I won’t use them again.

Do not order blinds from this company I ordered on the 19th of April. When they arrived the rail was wrong I contacted them and was told they would send the correct one out I have phoned them many times the customer service is dreadful.it is now the 19th of June still no blinds £72 lost now having to go to another company and start all over again.

Blinds were dispatched on 20 May still not received 18th of June. This after contacting customer service first week of June and being assured the initial error had been corrected

I ordered blinds in April. They were due to be shipped May 7th. Still no sign of them and no delivery date given. I have had no information from the company as to when I might receive them.

Already posted a review here two weeks ago, but as I feel I can only communicate to them through reviews, posting an update. THE WORST company I ever dealt with! Ordered a curtain in March, which was lost in the delivery. Since waiting for a replacement. Since then I called them 5!! times and got a call from them "apologising for my experience". They keep promising me a delivery in a few days, days pass and still nothing. Called another time today to be told that it will definitely be delivered in 2 weeks time!! It's such a joke at this point. Avoid, as things do go wrong sometimes and it's not a company you would like to deal with if they do!

I order a blind on the 13/03/2021 for delivery to Ireland. The first time the relevant customs documentation was not provided to UPS and the order was lost. I gave them the benefit of doubt and ask for remake of the blind. The same has happened again. I still have not received the delivery of the curtain (2 and half months). For this reason I would not recommend any person based in Ireland to order curtains from this company.

Order placed on 9th April. Dispatch was to be 19th May, then changed to 2nd June... Numerous emails/calls/dm's to try and find out where my order is. Very frustrating. Unfortunately I will never order from them again.

I am yet to receive my order, despite getting numerous emails telling me that my order was due for delivery. I got the first of these notifications over a week ago and still no sign of my order.

Would 100% avoid this company, we ordered 3 blinds. 1 of which came with the wrong bracket, I phoned up and was told the correct set would be sent. The next day I received the same set of incorrect brackets, phoned again and told I would receive the correct set the next day. Once again the wrong brackets were received. This happened another 6 times before I received the correct brackets, considering they only have two types I cant believe how they kept sending the wrong ones. I received 10% of my order back which to be honest is a joke considering I spent everyday phoning for a week, 20-30mins on hold to get through and was often cut off when I did get through.

Same as most of the bad reviews below, ordered back at the start of April, received 1 set 1 month late after it being shipped back to them 3 times, second set never showed after nearly 2 months (they were made within 2 weeks they said and stuck in transit for a whole month), they blame brexit etc. and will say anything but do nothing to help, after 2 weeks of ringing them literally every day sometimes 2 times a day and threats of court I finally managed to get my money back, worst company I have ever dealt with by a country mile. TIP: If you have already entered into business with them get them to email a summary of anything discussed on the phone while chasing them as they will just fob off previous promises and say 'they are sorry but they cant do that'.

Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a curtain on 26th of March and it's still nowhere to be seen. Initially I was told that the curtain was dispatched on the 16th of April, however it was never delivered. After I complained I was told that they will "remake my order as a priority". When I called today I was told that it's due to be dispatched on 18th of June, which is 4 weeks away and it means that "as a priority" curtain would take twice longer than the first curtain. While I've very patient and I realise that the first curtain been lost is a fault of the delivery company, I do expect that the replacement will be actually processed much faster and that "as a priority" would not be just an empty promises.
