Not happy about the service I have received from Blinds 2 Go. The blind was too small and they refused to send another one even though the customer service assistant agreed that it wasn't my fault. I have a recess window and I provided the correct measurement for what I needed to fit the window. There are only a few boxes to complete so it isn't complicated to order but there was no message or adjustment to my order to say that they would deduct over 3 cms for the brackets for recess windows. If their site had adjusted the width as I inserted my measurements then obviously I would have changed it. I haven't had this issue with other blinds I've ordered for recess windows from other companies - and I haven't paid this much either. They have offered a 50% reduction on the cost of making another blind PLUS delivery to the correct measurements! I think that this is not acceptable bearing in mind what I have paid already and the fact that I provided the correct measurements in the first place. Reading other reviews I can see that other people have had the same problem. So why doesn't Blinds 2 Go do something about it?

The ordering process was really simple and easy. And delivery arrived promptly the week following. fitting them was another story altogether. On the website it requests you to put in actual opening sizes if you are fitting the blinds within the recess of the window. They assure that you have no need to make any allowances on your measurements as the factory do this when they are in manufacture. I came to fit the blinds and cut down every single blind by 10 - 15 mm to get the blinds to fit snugly inside the recess. Now for the price i paid for 10 blinds i would expect a lot better! The blind factory abouts sums it up!

Ordered blinds on 2nd April. Told they would be here on 24th April. Dispatched on the 20th April - still no blinds and being told there is a 'delay'. This has been I'm going since 24th April and its almost 2 months since I ordered.

My first 2 orders were very prompt. Lovely blinds...my latest order has not been delucered evn tho i received an email yesterday stating successful delivery

I unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the blinds because just like many many people I’ve not received them even though I ordered them in December. Our orders have fallen foul of Brexit and Blinds for you being completely ignorant of what paperwork is required for customs but still sending the order out for delivery anyway. I’ve spoken to and emailed customer service many times and they have not any clue what they are doing. Today is the 8th of February and this company should be well aware by now of what’s required by customs and couriers to send their product to Ireland. I’ve been told three times the commercial invoice required has been sent to ups. Today I received an email from ups ( after contacting them )stating they had returned one half of the delivery to Blind for you for the commercial invoice.the other half will also be returned.Why lie to your customer you are only making things worse. I hope they understand if they cannot complete the delivery they must refund. It’s not the customers fault but completely the fault of Blinds for you. I still hope to receive these blinds soon and will review then.

Not as ordered/poor customer service. I selected pure white shutter blinds and they came as cream. The blinds are no way near the quality of the ones I have from a professional supplier. The shutters move in 4 parts which wasn't mentioned on the details and I wouldn't of chosen them if I had known. I emailed customer service twice about my queries but get no response.

Charged €15 to get a set of tiebacks delivered, ordered 30/12, despatched 15/01, still not received.

Easy to order and good guidance through the measuring process. But the production and delivery too ages. They must deliver from another country or something, because it took so long to get to Ireland. Was also expensive for basic blinds, especially considering how long it took to produce/ship. Shipping cost was also unexpected considering it's the way the world is going anymore

The brackets that came with my blinds ( Privacy Roller Blinds) are useless, they are fine for small little windows, like a bathroom, but for large blinds for a sitting room (anything over 160cm long), you would be better off getting the professionally made and fitted, as the really flimsy clip brackets sent out with the blinds cannot hold larger blinds securely and the heavy blinds fall down after a few days, which is really dangerous (mine were purchased for an 79 year olds house, but I fear they'll hurt her, if they fall down, due to flimsy clip, over head brackets). I'm now currently looking everywhere locally to buy side brackets to secure the blinds, but because they aren't standard fittings, I may have to replace the actual whole blinds. I'm very disappointed with the 'blinds2go" fittings. So beware, for small blinds, they are fine, but! if your planning on buying large heavy blinds, I suggest you avoid and buy local instead and have them fitted.

Recently received my 2 roman blinds. I have to say when I opened the box I was extremely disappointed. We ordered yellow with white polka dots, however we received something quite different. The colour wasn’t even close to the yellow we picked. Instead we got an very light cream which I hate. It’s a terrible colour that we DIDN’T pick. I returned to the website to view the blinds and confirmed that the colour is very different to what we received. Maybe I should have ordered a sample first but I thought that the colour would be close. It’s not just the colour. The material feels and looks cheap. I then took out the second blind and to my shock it was damaged badly, a big dent in the steel fixture. I don’t blame blinds to go for this because it was the courier who would of done the damage as I found the corner of the box damaged after but it could of been packaged better to avoid being damaged also. To give blinds to go credit, I called them and told them the damage I found and they were top class in their response and they are going to send a replacement. It’s just a shame that after spending €500 approximately, I’m left with a product that is pale lemon and not the shade of yellow that I viewed and ordered.

I bought "Double Roller Snowdrop" and "Valencia Simplicity White" and I received "Blackout/Screen Bahbo off White" and "Bahamas Plata Dirty White". Sure, everything is white but I would have expected to receive the products with the same name I choose. My rollers are quite big; the fixing brackets are quite bulky and they don't include covers... lucky me everything is white otherwise that would have been horrible. Packages were quite messed up during the transport and some mechanism had poped out of their tubes.

Blind itself is great, but fitting is extremely poor with clips showing and large gaps. Would not order again.
