I ordered 6 EasiFit Blinds on March 11th. It took until May 18th until the final 2 blinds arrived. When the first 2 blinds arrived, the corner cover pieces and frame mounting clips to complete the installation were missing for both blinds. My email request for the missing parts resulting in me obtaining a set of parts to mount only 1 blind, not 2. When the second 2 blinds arrived, this package contained 7 corner cover pieces, but I required 8 of this part. The email request to replace this missing part returned 2 incorrect pieces. I wasted an inordinate amount of time sending emails (6 in total) to resolve issues with this order. I never received any reply to my last 2 emails. No explanation or apology was provided for the delay to this order. However, the product installed simply with no issues when I did eventual receive all the various parts

Would give zero stars if i would, ordered blinds in January got one blinds, the other never came, contact blinds 2 go on numerous occasions, was clearly just lied to each and every time. Still no blinds in May, just want a refund now, they will probably make that an ordeal as well. Awful customer service. Go with another company with better service.

I ordered a blind on 4th of April, I’m still waiting for it to arrive! I’ve been in contact with rep and he told me there was a problem with my address and still no sign of it... I’ve emailed again and no reply, very disappointed with customer service

Very poor service. Firstly for Irish customers using the blinds2go.ie Web address it is not clear that the blinds are not manufactured in Ireland / stocked in Ireland. This lead to exactly 1 month from shipment to delivery by UPS. The prefect fit blinds are overpriced for the quality, there was no instructions supplied and they we're missing all the screws for assembly (double checked all packaging - nothing).

First time ever leaving a one star review. Blinds ordered 2 months ago and UPS have been contacting the company for the past month as the items are delayed in transit (I'm presuming something to do with Brexit/customs etc). Customer services told me they would look into it a week ago now and I still have not had a response. Really unsatisfactory to be honest. I ordered from the .ie website so presumed these issues would be ironed out, but that's obviously not the case. Perhaps these issues wouldn't arise if ordering from the UK but I would not use this website if I was ordering from the EU.

Order blinds on blinds2go.ie website which has a Dublin phone number but order got sent from the UK. I was not advised or made aware of this until ups were at my door delivering my items and requesting a further €115 duty/customs charge as it was despatched from the UK to Ireland. This was almost another 50% charge on my order. Have not been able to make contact with them since this happened & no reply to emails sent.

I ordered blinds on the 2/4/21,the arrived 1 month later,no brackets,screws,and bits missing of them.now 5 weeks later after endless phone calls,and emails,trying 2 get the bits that are missing,no luck.i would not buy of this company again.

I haven't received it. It seems to have been addressed wrong and going around the UK. I live in Ireland.

Terrible communication, order shipped on 23/4 no further information until shipping company contacted me saying there was more information needed from the company. So the delivery date has come and gone with no contact from the company, except for an email to review their customer service, what a joke

To be honest I’m very disappointed in the service to date with Blinds2Go. Ive placed three orders, the first time my order arrived in dublin to be returned to their warehouse in the UK as it didn’t have the correct customs declaration, my second order was sitting in Dublin port for 2 weeks again as it didn’t have the correct customs declaration. Now my third order and it can’t be located with the delivery company. Buyer beware if you buy from the .ie Blinds2Go your order will still come from the UK and beyond. I do however commend the customer service i received as each person I have dealt with have been lovely and followed up each query accordingly it’s just a pity the logistics on delivery are so bad.

Delivery was a lot longer than stated and customs were far too expensive. Definitely would not recommend.

I've received half of my order. I'm waiting around 3 weeks for other half. There is problem with delivery as one package stuck in transit. I've contacted Blinds 2 Go to find out that I must pay customs for order placed in January. Then I've contacted UPS to find out that package was send back to Blinds 2 Go because it didn't have "commercial invoice" whatever that means. Its middle of March and I'm still waiting for rest of my order.

Do not order from the any of there non UK web addresses. My blinds have been sitting in a UPS warehouse for 1 month now. The response when I e-mailed blinds2go was extremely poor.
