I ordered blinds in January, I got an email a couple of weeks ago to say they were dispatched. When they got to UPS they were held as there was no invoice sent by Blinds 2 go. Baffles me that a company can send an order without the correct paperwork knowing that they won't be shipped, and also the customer would be the one to have to follow up on this after giving hundreds of Euro. I Emailed blinds 2 Go numerous times with no response. Eventually I got through on their chat. They helped me to clear things up and sent the invoice (which should have been sent the 1st time). I still have no blinds!

Spent a lot of time and money picking out blinds and curtains for my whole house. I'm waiting 7 weeks now and keep getting copy and paste responses about export invoice. They can't give me a definite date and they can't tell me what sort of compensation I can request. If I don't get my order soon I want a full refund but I don't even trust I'll get that! Did they not know Brexit was coming?!

Still haven't got them after being sent by UPS 2 weeks ago. No communication I have sent numerous emails and no reply. Terrible customer support.

Ordered a blind on 17 Jan 2021. Blind still hasn’t arrived nor has there been any update from Blinds2Go about where the package is. Tried to email/ring them on many occasions but there has been zero response from them. Whilst I accept the delays at customs due to Brexit - waiting in excess of 6 weeks now with no contact made by Blinds2Go is completely unacceptable in my view. Deeply disappointed.

I ordered a blind on 31/01. When the blind arrived in Ireland on 20/2 couldn’t be delivered to me because Blinds 2 Go Ltd didn’t make the invoice. I have emailed them and I didn’t have any answer yet.

I never received my order from blinds to go and contacted them 5 times with no reply. Do not order anything from this company.

Still waiting on blinds to get here 1 month on, also emailed them 4 times to say our other blind cords broke after a year and can't open them need new cords and messages never get to them get back a failed message over and over really not impressed after spending over 1.5k on blinds

Order placed 6th Jan and still no delivery. Blinds2go are not answering their phones and not replying to emails. Incredibly poor service.

Still waiting on my blind! Received email to say order was dispatched went to track order and tracking number was not recognised. Tried to contact to see where order was and Still awaiting response!

All customers in the EU be aware this is a company supplying from the UK. This means a requirement for customs and other documents which they haven’t supplied so the order could not be delivered.When contacted I received no reply.I contacted a second time as my order was returned to the UK.This time they replied saying my order was delivered a standard response but to another country and not to me.I am still awaiting a reply to my questions and still weeks later I have not received my delivery.

If there was an option of zero star I would have selected. Over 5 weeks now and Blinds 2Go cannot tell me when I will receive. Ordered 2 blinds on Jan 5th. Blinds 2Go labeled address incorrectly, refused to admit this. I had to contact UPS directly and they confirmed. Blinds 2 Go had to contact UPS to change address however they gave the incorrect return address for Blinds 2 Go. As a result the Blinds I ordered are travelling up and down GB. Promise of escalation and resolve issue are NON existing from this crowd. If anyone still cares in Blinds TO GO .ie or .UK (which ever identify you want to use) my order number is: Order Number: BR36997607WB

Product has not arrived yet (ordered 20/01/2021). No response from customer services. Ordered from an Irish Web Site, paid in Euro, and now appears to be a Brexit Issue. I do not understand this as all indications on ordering was that I was ordering from an Irish Company in the EU. Can you please, please advise when this product will arrive.

I cannot give a review on the product as I have not received any of my orders yet. Order were placed mid December and we are still waiting for them. One order has not left the warehouse where they are stuck in transit since the start of January so if they ever make it to us, I don't what state they will be in :( As for another of my orders, it was just sent back to the seller today after nearly 2 months of waiting and I still haven't heard back from the blinds2go Customer service team. The transport company was a lot quicker to reply to my email which is saying something to the level of customer support.

I haven't received my package I ordered on January 17th and this company are absolutely refusing to contact Ups to sort the customs issue. Do not use this company
