“We ordered our blinds over 4 weeks ago. We ordered them on a dot IE website hoping that they would be coming from Ireland. We have now been informed that they are stuck in Dublin in customs. Why???”

“Both blinds were not properly manufactured and the material was bending towards the window. Blinds2go only agreed to replace one of them. A bit dissapointed.”

“Manual is not detailed enough. Some edges are roughly cut. The top part (decoration srtip) had rough edges and no holes on the top metal part for fixing it in (I had to drill myself).”

“Nice blinds but the supporting clips design is poor and should be looked at. They provide plastic Wall plugs which are useless (And dangerous ) if handing from the top down.”

“Website was very easy to use, delivery was good, and installation of blinds very straightforward. The blinds don't hang very well. There is not enough weight in them for the folds to sit properly. I have to constantly pull and smoothen them.”

“Beautiful blind looks fab when I eventually got it attached to window. Really complicated and no directions or instructions, I nearly gave up as my patience were running out. Please insert directions and instructions in future. Dympna Cronin”

“I was happy with the corded blinds. They were exactly what I expected. However, the one cordless fell short of expectations — literally. I would advise anyone ordering cordless to specify 10cm longer than the actual recess to ensure that the blind reaches the sill. Also, I still have not figured out how to attach the raising-lowering tab to the bottom rail without risking breaking it.”

“The blinds are of good quality but the instructional video is misleading insofar that it is not possible to mount them as suggested. No regular drill is able to make holes high enough in the recess at the side so that the middle bracket supplied fits correctly. I had to buy a separate piece of wood and glue it to the recess above the middle bracket to ensure that it fit.”

“I ordered curtains and while the fabric was good quality and they were well made i felt they were short on fabric. The measurements given were correct it's just that I like my curtains to look nice and full whereas these curtains look very flat when opened. I feel like you're literally given the bare minimum of fabric which is disappointing especially given the cost of them.”
