I ordered 6 EasiFit Blinds on March 11th. It took until May 18th until the final 2 blinds arrived. When the first 2 blinds arrived, the corner cover pieces and frame mounting clips to complete the installation were missing for both blinds. My email request for the missing parts resulting in me obtaining a set of parts to mount only 1 blind, not 2. When the second 2 blinds arrived, this package contained 7 corner cover pieces, but I required 8 of this part. The email request to replace this missing part returned 2 incorrect pieces. I wasted an inordinate amount of time sending emails (6 in total) to resolve issues with this order. I never received any reply to my last 2 emails. No explanation or apology was provided for the delay to this order. However, the product installed simply with no issues when I did eventual receive all the various parts
