“Good morning, the purchase on your site was easy and quick. We had problems with UPS because when they delivered the goods they asked for 35 euro as custom duty but they did not advise about this payment, they did not accept payment by credit cards, they had no rest to give and after few minutes we were trying to put together the right amount the driver told us that he could not wait anymore and the goods would be sent back to the seller. Fortunately we succeeded to put together the right amount and to get the goods. But UPS delivery service is not acceptable.”

“42mm Internal Circlips are parts which I thought might be difficult to obtain, were available from stock from Bearings R Us. My order was shipped the same day, Although the Royal Mail Tracking No. was not recognised by Royal Mail, the pacakage was delivered a few days later and the circlips fitted perfectly. I will certainly use Bearrings R Us again.”
